Camilo Gonzalez, bassist for two of the most iconic Chicago Punk and Avant Garde noise bands, Naked Raygun and Silver Abuse has struck out on his own.

Camilo has written some of the quirkier and unusual songs in both bands’ discography and he continues to pursue his own odd take on reality and the credibility it lacks. He continues his work in an entirely new vein that can only be described as slightly off.

Mr. Gonzalez is an avowed Dadaist who eschews reason and savors the absurd. “Hammurabi” is a tome to the paternalistic ruler of the cradle of civilization. “Baby Jesus’s Heart” explores the dread and wonder of corporate exploitation of the occult. Both songs are offered gratis as a thank you for kind words from friends and fans.
